Well I wouldn't say it has to be absolutely FREE but some few Missionaty Schools in Nigeria have etragravigent fees which are even too expenzive for the church go-ers who actually helped ib building such institutions.
I feel the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) should look into this matter and try to stabilize between the fees and the needs of the church.
